Lough Bawn House is a beautiful Georgian house set in extensive gardens with parkland rolling down to the shores of Lough Bane. While owned by the same family since the 1800’s, the house has been renovated and restored in the last two years to provide 2 large double en-suite rooms as well as a twin and double, with access to a large family bathroom, featuring a roll top bath and powerful rain shower.
There are numerous activities locally, visiting wonderful heritage sites, trout fishing on Lough Bane, water sports on nearby Lough Lene, horseracing and golf, or complete relaxation watching the resident peacocks display their plumage while taking a stroll through the gardens and then sitting watching the sun setting over Lough Bane.
