The Peatlands Immersive Installation
Discover the wonders of the bog. A resource to accompany The Peatlands installation. This exhibition is on from the 25th July - 25th August at Tuar Ard Art Centre in Moate.
The Peatlands Immersive Installation explores the ecological treasures that are the peatlands and wetlands of Ireland and amplifies the extraordinary species found within. The installation combines animated paintings, photography, field recordings, sound sculpture and video into a transmedia essay narrated through the voice of the natural and built worlds. The installation features soundscapes and field recordings by Lisa Dowling Scott and stunning works by nature photographer
