The Shannon Princess is a family owned and operated hotel barge run by Irish husband and wife team Ruairi & Olivia Gibbons. They have combined their love of boating and delicious food with great Irish hospitality to create a unique cruise experience.
Ruairi is the barge’s skipper and experienced tour guide with an insiders knowledge of the river and its loughs. Olivia is your on board chef and showcases the best of Irish ingredients throughout the cruise. Together they lead a professional crew providing excellent and friendly service.
