This playground is so much more than a playground, it's location at Athlone Regional Sports Centre is ideal. Not only will you find a playground, with swings, slides and fab climbing frames but it is close to the beautiful Sensory Garden. 

There is so much to stimulate all the senses at the Sensory Garden that will leave you wanting to return again. 

The Skate Park is an outdoor facility for skateboarders, in line skates bmx’rs, the only facility of its kind in the Midlands. If you are over 10 and you want to give a go, safety helmets can be rented for a small fee. 

All users must fill in the registration form at reception and if the patron is under 18 a parent or guardian must sign the registration form.

As skateboarding, biking and skating are hazardous recreational activities accidents do occur. All participants are strongly advised to wear fully protective equipment while using the facility. Facility will close in the event of wet or icy weather.
