With Athlone Town being an hours sail away from us here at Lakeside Dayboat Hire, you can spin in for some food, drinks or a spot of shopping at your leisure. Lough Ree has lots of amenities along the River such as Hudson Bay Hotel & Baysports, Glasson Lakehouse and Coosan Point. All easily accessible by our boats.
Our boats will be available for hire for Full Days hire (10am-6pm).
As well as the many opportunities we offer here at Lakeside to utilise the Shannon, we must not forget that of fishing on Lough Ree and the inner lakes; again you can spend a half or full day fishing with our new and fully equipped lakeboats. Our boats have all the comforts needed to do this and can take from 4 to 8 people comfortably for the duration of the trip. Tack and rods for fishing can be made available on prior request before departure.
