Killua is a historic castle located in the most romantic demesne in Ireland with links to Sir Walter Raleigh and Lawrence of Arabia. The castle, which long lay in ruins, has been fully restored and is now dedicated to expressing and sharing our greatest passions: history, art, environmental conservation, regenerative farming, and gastronomy.
The guided tour of the castle consists of an approximately 50 min. visit to the main rooms of Killua Castle, all located on the ground floor, with an optional visit to the 18th c. kitchen in the cellars. A guided tour must be booked in advance of visiting Killua Castle, the grounds are open to the public on Saturdays 10-4pm.
